Seeking solar experts to assist with solar energy technician school in West Africa.

Greetings, My name is John Washington, Director of a non-profit program called African Renaissance House is based in Savannah, Georgia, U.S.A. We are a coalition of civic, social and business leaders who are committed to investing in West Africa nations through commerce, international cultural exchange and increased opportunities for Africans in diaspora and West Africans.  I'm a seeking consultation from independent African solar energy companies who are struggling with funding for equipment but are willing and able to form a partnership- cooperation with our organization. What I am seeking is proposal advice on estimated costs of equipment, tools, service needs and  everything needed to get a technician school up and running, which the school will be supplying technicians for a company, both to be based in West Africa.

The purpose of this school is to assist Western Africa governments with a cheap and affordable way to come off electrical grind and convert into solar power nations. Also provide education, employment and economic opportunities for their citizens in the field of solar energy. Please submit estimated proposals in my box, these will be examples of what can be done as I will be submitting the lowest and most quality proposals to our investment coalition.
