Development of a 36Kw Solar Mini Grid in Zambia.

We as the Rural Electrification Authority in Zambia are trying to set up a 36Kw Solar Mini Grid, however we are facing difficulties in defining the ownership structure of the whole operation. We would like to develop it as a PPP model that can easily be replicated in other areas easily. The other challenge is arriving at the tariff to be charged to the users as indications show that it will be much much higher than the prevailing national tariff.

Any suggestions??

Biomass from macro algae (seaweed)

Our company is called Alternative Biomass Solutions and is a partnership between biofuel and mariculture/aquaculture specialists.
