On the 17th & 18th October 2012 the second Clean Technology business and investment matchmaking conference for the African continent is to be held at the Killarney Country Club, Lower Houghton South Africa.
Called Viridis Africa, the event is dedicated to entrepreneurs and corporates who are seeking funding to introduce clean technology solutions and services.
Principals who would present their business opportunities at this event would have the audience of numerous local and foreign investors, stratified according to their interest and investment criteria.
Investors would include venture capital, private equity, project and corporate finance outfits and others dedicated to the clean tech sector. They would also include North American, European funding agencies, major Asian industrial conglomerates, technology specific investment funds and major companies who seek strategic alliance and acquisitions.
Visit www.viridisafrica.com for more information, or contact suza.adam@spindlecommunications.com
Tell me how is the Sanctuary doing? I have considered to lease this property a few times but always seem to be elsewhere when the opportunity has arisen. It's a great base for Safari work. The property illustrated by "Mybeach" was right on the boarder of Arusha NP. Owned by an Author/writer but they have not come back at me to give a price yet. Its a main house with guest accommodation some 70mts away from the main home. When you are next in Arusha town take a trip to the Sports Bar. Carl has some good contacts.
Your location is interesting for a home base. I did see one property advertised on www.mybeach.com but they have not responded recently. Are you in the coffee ? Yup! Love children tend to happen along. I have family in the UK and Germany who would become visitors from time to time but not as long term. My business partner is based in Arusha with the UN and his wife operates the Sports Bar/pub in the TFA compound. His name is Carl Harstrup.
Any nice houses for sale up at Usa ? I am planning for 2010, need to relocate back to Tanzania to spark activities for our KBC-JCL alternative energy projects. These include developing the lake Chala site around the hill at Rombo. I would not mind to consider investment into Safari operations. I have operated in East, Southern and Central Africa in the past and have a good executive client base in the EU and USA.
Clive.
